Outlook failing to run on on Samsung Galaxy A13

We tried that as there's an earlier version on the Galaxy store which works - but it auto-updates to the latest version after a few minutes then promptly stops working.
I tried to do the same, but now Galaxy store app is crashing too and closing every time I try to install outlook!!!!!
- Have Samsung updated that to the latest version? We've not tried it since yesterday.
- No, the old version of outlook is still available on Galaxy store.
I unistalled Outlook, then turned off auto updates (from playstore) and finally installed the older version of outlook from the GALAXY STORE... it worked for others, but not for me, because Galaxy App is also crashing- I would check what version is installed just in case its not 4.2240.1
- Just done it on a A13 and it is working, just disabled auto update for the Outlook app
