The Samsung Galaxy Tab A SM-T510 is also effected by 4.2243.1.
From what I have read here and elsewhere this problem is 4.2243.1 specific, is it possible to regress to an earlier version?

We tried that as there's an earlier version on the Galaxy store which works - but it auto-updates to the latest version after a few minutes then promptly stops working.
- Sofia_A_IstanbulNov 16, 2022Copper ContributorI tried to do the same, but now Galaxy store app is crashing too and closing every time I try to install outlook!!!!!
- DavidYorkshireNov 16, 2022Iron ContributorHave Samsung updated that to the latest version? We've not tried it since yesterday.
- Sofia_A_IstanbulNov 16, 2022Copper ContributorNo, the old version of outlook is still available on Galaxy store.
I unistalled Outlook, then turned off auto updates (from playstore) and finally installed the older version of outlook from the GALAXY STORE... it worked for others, but not for me, because Galaxy App is also crashing
- macgd016Nov 16, 2022Copper ContributorThanks for that, I've just switched off Auto Updates and installed 4.2240.1 and its working fine. I can put up without auto updates until MS get their act together
- DavidYorkshireNov 16, 2022Iron ContributorWe manage our phones via Intune, and have decided that turning off auto updates is too much of a risk - plus the apps are all deployed via Intune, which uses the Play store as its source. We decided that we were not prepared to look at changing any of that, with the risks it may pose to existing phones.
- John_DaviesNov 16, 2022Brass ContributorWe're in the same position. I think we just need to wait for an application update from MS.
