Outlook failed to received during connecting WIFI
I use Dell Notebook, windows 11.
I'm experiencing an issue with Outlook receiving emails. I use a WiFi router with two bands, 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Initially, when connected to the 5GHz band, Outlook functions correctly—sending and receiving emails without any issues. However, after some time, Outlook stops receiving emails and displays error messages like below. Restarting my notebook resolves the problem temporarily, but the issue recurs after a while.
To address this, I switched my WiFi connection from 5GHz to 2.4GHz, and surprisingly, Outlook started working again. This occurs daily, and the inconvenience of changing WiFi connections or restarting my notebook is becoming frustrating. Any assistance or guidance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
