Yeah, it’s probably because your email is already tied to an existing Microsoft 365 tenant (your work/school account). Microsoft won’t let you overlap the same domain/email for a new subscription you’d need to either get your admin/vendor to upgrade your existing license or use a different domain/email for the new plan. It’s annoying, but that’s how their system works.
