Outlook Error

Hello community, I have been getting the following error when trying to start Outlook and it has me stumped.

I have been trying to set up remote access to work and now I can't even read my own email.  Whatever happened to safe mode?  I just get this error and then it's full stop, no further information or access is even suggested.

Please advise.
