Outlook end date occurs before start date iritating!!

Hello Community

I have just purchased a new laptop with windows 11, and whenever I try to create my new signature and change the font, I receive an error message about end date occurs before start date. I have searched the forums and previous posts which all point towards opening Options, Calendar and chaning the start and end times. Only issue is the options showing in this new version of outlook do not show start and end times. If I click on the 'work hours and location button....guess what....Yep, I just getthe same error message again. So, I cannot change anything and there's nowhere on the net that shows a solution either. 

Please could somebody advise if they have had this issue and how they resolved?
