Outlook email configuration by IMAP

Hello, I have configured my email on outlook and its working fine by using IMAP when I am trying to configure the same email address on the other system with same ports and info it gives an error of incoming mail server I don't know why. On my system its working fine. I thinks the other system is blocking ports. Can someone help me how to resolve this issue?
