Outlook duplicate emails

I have joined a new company and here almost everyone is using POP in outlook with 10+ GB files,
Now the problem is one of the director's .pst file has many duplicate emails. I have tried many softwares but none of them is searching and cleaning duplicate emails. File size is 37GB. Can anyone tell me a solution to clean this .pst file? TIA.
