Outlook Duplicate Account & Not Responding

Outlook (Family 365) Mac OS Monterey- Partial duplicate account showed up and freezes while trying to download messages from server.  Freezes when trying to delete account.  Freezes when trying to send email.  Freezes when trying to do anything; must force quit every time. Most recent update accomplished.  Please provide solution.
