Outlook doesn't open,keeps loading

Hi

Can you please advise on how to resolve this issue. Here is what I have tried so far and I have had no luck.

Outlook won't load profile
Keeps signing in
Recreated profile
Opened outlook in safe mode
Updated office
Ran quick repair
Ran SARA tool
Uninstalled and reinstalled office
