Outlook does not update distribution list new members automatically

When you own a meeting, and you send it out to a distribution list, and then later that distribution list is updated with additional employees, Outlook does NOT know that the distribution list has been updated and does NOT automatically send an invitation to the new employees as they are added to the distribution list, righ
