Outlook desktop replaced by outlook.com

I no longer appear to have access to outlook desktop on my windows PC and instead get outlook.com when I click on the outlook logo within Microsoft 365. I am now unable to see all my different email accounts in one place and to use other applications with outlook extensions. It's extremely frustrating! Can anyone help?
