Outlook Deleting Certain Email Before Delivering to my Mailbox (Not Even Going to Junk)

I have kind of a similar problem. I got a new domain for my DJ business.
But e-mail I send don't reach customers that use Outlook.com :-(
The mails don't even end up in SPAM. They plain disappear.
And I get no feedback that they did not reach the receiver.
This is very bad for my business and I find nowhere to get help :-(
All online services say e-mail and domain is OK and no bans.
Doesn't MS have anywhere we can get help for such issues?
