Outlook crashing

I had to reset my Android Motorola e7 phone back to factory settings. I downloaded the outlook app after setting up the phone and it only opens for a moment before closing again. Some have suggested updating Android web view and chrome. I've done that but to no avail . Any ideas anyone?
