Outlook crashes while opening and even in safe mode. 

Error:" Microsoft Outlook has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly"

Outlook new profile creation

Scanpst

Windows profile reset

User is on pooled virtual machine (Windows 10) has o365 subscription. OWA works. Windows client issue?
