Outlook crashes at launch Ventura 13.4
After upgrading MacOS to Ventura 13.4 Microsoft Outlook app (version 16.74, I also tried 16.75 version) crashes a few seconds after it opens. Any suggestions for solving this problem?

Disable Add-ins
Create a new Outlook profile
