Outlook Continues to Crash 16.0.14228.20250

We have a user that was having issues with Outlook crashing on a machine. We eventually got him a new machine and the problem continued on the new machine witch specs:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900X CPU @ 3.70GHz

16GB RAM

AMD Radeon Pro WX 2100

The outlook profile has been rebuilt a few times.

Office has been uninstalled a few times using MS Scrub tool.

We have tried all the usual things as well.

Disabled all plugins, tried in safe mode.

We have worked with MS on this issue as well getting nowhere really. Pulled many logs with SARA.
We are still getting crashes a few times a day The app will either freeze for a bit and then will start working again or the user will have to force close from task manager.

Here are a few of the latest crashes recorded in event viewer.

    Good news i think.
One of my users reported to me that he used the updatecheck in Office. He updated his Office version to Version 2108 (build 14326.20238) After that the issue was gone.

The release notes page isn't updated yet so i think the update was released today

Just checked this morning and the user was on Version 2108 (build 14326.20238), just updated him to (14326.20348) .
Looked back through the event viewer and seeing crashes/hangs at least once a day

Anyone have a good way to troubleshoot the "hang type: cross-process"?
Ive tried seeing what was being used and/or other issues happening right before Outlook hangs but not having much luck.

Does the user have large Calendar groups? Try deleting those groups or at least reduce the number of calendars in those groups. According to the beta release notes there is a bug, which is fixed in the beta version, that causes Outlook to not responding with large numbers of groups.

We had several users who reported issues with the calendar in Outlook desktop version. All of those users had large calendargroups. Deleting those group or decreasing the size of those groups substantially, solved the problem
