Outlook contacts on Android but not in phone directory

I want to be able to look at my Outlook 365 contacts on my Android phone (S10), but I do not want that data in the phone app. (I have personal contacts in the phone app, and I want to keep my business contacts out of the phone list.)

Any ideas? (I am imagining some kind of address book app that syncs with Outlook but that I can block from syncing with the phone app.)
