Outlook contact lists - won't show members
I've started having issues with my Outlook contact lists in recent weeks. When I add a contact list to my recipients in an email, and then click the '+' icon to expand and show the list's individuals...
pgrupe I found this on an MS support forum on 4/27... Known issue from update, use workaround or revert to previous version of Office.
Hello, in case you are using the Web version of outlook, and this is happening to you. Just do what you normally would and click on the plus sign. After this, the list of members will show on the bar with all their emails.
- I tried that and still there are no members in the list although I know there are 150. I ended up going back to the old outlook, downloading my contacts and using old outlook--worked fine. I'd like to use the new but ????
