outlook.com. No access to the outlook support team
4 weeks ago my email stopped arriving in outlook.com. I pay £7.99 a month, and every time I have contacted Microsoft through the online help and X (twitter) they all say the same thing, we cannot help you, you need to talk to the outlook support team, every instruction they give me to contact the outlook support team it takes me back to the same people who tell me they cannot help me, when tell them I am going around in circles they just say, we share your frustration. Does anybody know how to contact the outlook support team who deal with the back end servers. I think it is linked to another problem on the account, it will not let me login with my primary account name but it will let me login with the alias account name. BTW I have all the free space I need on the account it's nothing like the usual b basic stuff, it's definitely a backend server issue. If anyone can help I would appreciate it as its just impossible to move forward with this -
