Outlook client ribbon bar are too big in 4k monitor

Hi All

   Outlook client ribbon bar are too big in 4k monitor. I am using 15" notebook with 4k monitor.

 

If the ribbon bar is float, the size is good, see below

 

 

If the ribbon bar is fixed location (sticked on top), it is too big

 

 

Any way make it smaller? I don't want to scale the whole windows.

    Hi Everybody, I want to disable "reply all button" in outlook automatically after certain replies, A lot of users miss use reply all button for almost 100 of times. Thanks in advance.

    Peter Cheung It almost looks like Touch Mode is switched on given the spacing between buttons. I'd start there.
