Outlook changes the "Modified" field when moving/copying a Contact.

here is a workaround to keep the “Modified” field unchanged:
- Close Outlook: Make sure Outlook is completely closed before proceeding.
- Access Registry Editor: Search for "regedit" in the Start menu and press Enter.
- Navigate to Key: Locate this specific key in the registry editor: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Options\General
- Create New Value: Right-click in the empty space on the right pane, select "New" then "DWORD (32-bit) Value".
- Name the Value: Give the new value the name "ModifyContactTimestampOnMove".
- Set Value Data: Double-click the newly created value and change its data to "0".
- Save and Restart: Click "OK" to save the changes and then reopen Outlook 2021.
