Outlook Categorize

Suggestion - can the algorithm be corrected so that the most recently used categories (on local pc) are the ones that appear (without having to click more categories). We use categories for a shared mailbox and there are always about 6-8 that stay on the first list that I rarely (if ever use) causing me to have to click more categories and search more often than would be necessary.
