How many of us have to complain before this is fixed? I'm having the same issue, and it is hampering our business. I have had two calls from Microsoft so far, and they have not resulted in any results. I have another call scheduled for tomorrow.
Choices: continue down the break-fix road or move to Google Work Space.
So frustrating
