Outlook cannot be opened because of a problem - says it is doesnt work with Big Sur 11.6.1

My outlook on my Mac suddenly wont open and I get a yellow triangle error message saying to check with the developer to make sure Microsoft outlook works with this version of macOS.  The version of MacOS I am running is Big Sur 11.6.1.  Can anyone please help?  I have gone into word and done a microsoft update and that hasnt helped.
