Outlook can not encoding japanese message body

Hi all,

I have a problem about mail body encoding.

python function do send mail via aws sns lambda.

but sns subject is normally japanese display on outlook (2016)

but body isnot encoding japanese.

im try setting encode on message to japanese automatic/shift jis/euc but still not work.

and iam try sns publish to gmail then every OK.

Anyone help me resolve this problem?
