Outlook calendar should update to Redtail calendar but it does not work
When an appointment is made in Outlook, it should be pushed to the Redtail calendar, but it is not.

In Outlook, File→Account Settings→Server Settings to check the calendar synchronization settings, make sure that the Redtail calendar subscription URL has been entered correctly.
