Outlook Calendar Meetings to Asana

Hello beautiful people! I am looking for a solution that will load my Outlook Calendar meetings to Asana. I can't use plugins, so I was wondering if there is a way to do the integration without one? I know it's possible to load Asana meetings to Outlook but I have not see any Outlook to Asana solutions. Thank you!
