Outlook Calendar MacOS 12.4

I have an user with an strange issue with outlook calendar. If she do not immediately join a meeting where I'm the host, a cancellation is sent out. meeting is automatically deleted from calendar and cancellation notice sent.

Do you guys have any idea how we can solve this problem?
