Outlook Calendar Groups has changed

I suddenly noticed a while ago that you can no longer add a person's calendar to multiple Outlook Calendar Groups.  If you add Person A to Group A then you cannot add Person A to Group B.  This worked before but has stopped working.  Does anyone know why this change was made.
