Outlook Calendar Groups has changed

I suddenly noticed a while ago that you can no longer add a person's calendar to multiple Outlook Calendar Groups.  If you add Person A to Group A then you cannot add Person A to Group B.  This worked before but has stopped working.  Does anyone know why this change was made.

    Tanya DentonI do have exactly the same problem and it makes no sense that this isn't possible as some employees working for different projects groups
