Outlook calendar - Scheduling Assistant "Working Elsewhere" status not working

Hello all,

I have an issue concerning Outlook calendar Scheduling Assistant.

When someone sets his status to "Working Elsewhere" in his calendar " as daily meeting or normal one), it doesn't shows up as Busy in Scheduling Assistant once we schedule a meeting with him.

If yes, is there a solution / workarround for?
