Outlook Calendar - permission for attendees to reschedule at free will
Hi all, is there a way to create a calendar meeting between other people which allows the other people to reschedule the meeting?
I just want to create the initial meeting as a placeholder. It is likely the meeting time will change, and I would like to give permission to any of the meeting attendees to reschedule to times that suit. I know attendees can propose new times, but I am trying to avoid this, and prefer they just have the ability to reschedule as they see fit.
The Scheduling Poll feature in New Outlook enables the initiation of meetings, where users can suggest times. Additionally, there is an option to activate automatic meeting confirmation.
