Outlook blocks opening FQDN and IP address hyperlinks after installing protections for Microsoft Out

Hello team,

I have this customer who cannot open links in outlook, he is hitting the known issue in the link below, we did the troubleshooting steps, and it is not working, the customer noticed that he is using the new outlook, can you help me to know if there is any limitation on the new outlook or not resolution or another resolution.
