[Outlook App] Junk Email folder keeps having junk nonstop

This happened to my Outlook desktop app lately. https://drive.proton.me/urls/B9GJAD5734#0XPeps9Wrut1 does not look normal. What is the issue?  My Outlook Web does not have the same problem.

*edit: I recorded it again when I emptied the junk email (the icon indicating loading circles) folder and the number in junk email goes up exponentially.
