Outlook App IOS Add-In Section Just Spins

Outlook ios app initially allows you to enable an add-in (Zoom). Then after first use, the Add-in fails to load when trying to schedule a meeting. When trying to going back to 'Settings' -->'Add-in' only a blue spinning circle  and remains blank.

IOS is up to date. Latest Outlook app version. Oddly enough, if I delete the app, and redownload, add-ins are available until after first use. 

First I thought it was a company Azure setting possibly Blocking Add-ins that need approval, but the same behavior is shown when I use my Hotmail account (Yes... I still have a Hotmail account).
