outlook app delay replay or send messages

hello to you all,

im using outlook for all of my customers 

i got a request to delay the reply or sending email for 1 minute (because of mistakes)

in the windows outlook app i made a rule and its sits on the outbox for a minute and than the email goes out.

how can i do it within the mobile app (todays world)
