outlook and microsoft accounts

so one computer two different MS accounts but both have the same email. I've spent hours trying to get it to use the right one. I deleted the accounts in  email accounts, tried to remake it but it keeps going to the wrong one. The account works right on a different computer. I dont know if I need to put the exchange information in manual somehow.
