Outlook and Another Added Account Blocking Spam Emails

I have the latest Outlook. I have my work email and then I added my AT&T email to Outlook.
In my AT&T email, I get spam mails sometimes, can I block spam mails in my AT&T account with Outlook?
Or does it just block spam mails from my work account?
