Outlook 365 searchbar help
- Jan 11, 2024
Hi PAGauthier,
In Outlook 365, you have the option to perform suffix wildcard searches using an asterisk (*). For instance, if you're looking for words starting with "car," you can type car* in the search bar.
Outlook does not support prefix wildcard searches (e.g., *car) or substring wildcard searches (e.g., *car*).
This means that a search for "1234" won't include results like "PO1234."Unfortunately, Outlook lacks a built-in feature for using wildcards in the manner you described.
