Outlook 365 for Mac - MS Teams button is missing
AKISUAE - We have the same issue. Part of the team has Teams in the Outlook ribbon bar, part does not. Have gone through every available troubleshooting resource and then some with regard to versions of Outlook (16.38), removed and reinstalled both Outlook and Teams, no disabled plug-ins, etc... Webex, Zoom, and everything else appears.... You'd think they would at least make sure their own product did as well.
Anyone had any luck getting it reconciled?
Nothing yet. I'm now it more than 2 months with Microsoft support with 3 or 4 different guys at different levels and still no solution in the horizon. It is really stupid that 2 products from the same supplier are not able to work well while the other ones can. Very strange and their support is not able to fix it.

I notice this post is almost 5 years old.... I have the same issue.
I have Office 365 on Mac and in my Outlook, in Calendar, when booking a new meeting I have toogle for Skype but NOT for Teams. Very annoying. I have not used Skype for years. I have search a lot on the net and it advices me to use the drop down meny files and in options klick on Teams as service. There is no options in the new Outlook incarnation nor in the old. Strangely though if I use the Teams calendar it will show in Outlook Calendar with Teams. But I would like to book a meeting in the Calendar part of Outlook using Teams. I need help and hope someone can give a tip. I already tried the licence removal that did not work. In general it is very difficult to understand whether one use office 365 or regular since there is not clear differentiator....
