Outlook 365 for Mac - MS Teams button is missing - 2022

Question

Hi,I am somewhat surprised that this issue has been around since 2020 and it's simply still not working.I am on a Macbook Pro and running Outlook for Mac ver 16.57.I have signed out and back on. First Teams and then Outlook. I have rebooted...re-installed, etc.It simply does not work.Does anyone please have new advice on what can fix this issue?

I have the same problem with O365 outlook using gmail accounts. I have the skype option but not teams.
