Outlook 365 does not give me the option to select a reply FROM different account
I really hope someone can help me.
Background Oct 2019 - IMAP enabled gmail setting to access my emails from outlook client. No issues
Able to see the emails from work account and gmail all in one place and SELECT the correct account form which I intended to reply from the drop down menu. I am able to see option for the email to be from my work place OR gmail account which I can readily choose ONLY in my iphone and ipad !!
I don't have that option in my office 365 outlook ( macbook pro OR think pad). HOWEVER, if I use the desk top client for either Mac or PC then I have the option to choose form which account the email is coming from.. .

Product are geniue and supplied by university. All the version are updated.
