Outlook 365 Calendar - Notifications goes just to the my "representative"

Hi!

Today a costumer showed me a issue that he and his team are getting with calendar in Windows Outlook.

His calendar is shared with his team and two associates are his "representatives" (representantes in portuguese)

No matter who made the appointment (himself or his representatives), the invitations acceptation or declination emails, goes only to the representatives, no to himself.

Is there a way to he and his representatives can receive the notifications of changes in his appointments?
