Outlook 365 app. Snap back to inbox after 5 mins.

Is there a way to have Outlook 365 snap back to the top of the inbox after a certain amount of time? For example if I scrolled midway down in my inbox can it return to the top (newest email) after a certain time or if I am in a different folder have it snap back to the inbox and the newest email.
