OUTLOOK 21 WONT LET ME ADD IMAP OR POP ACCOUNT

I just added Office 2021 and now when I try to set up my AOL/Verizon.net account, I'm not given the option to set up anything but Yahoo.  Is there a way to set up an AOL mail account in Outlook 2021?  I appreciate any help.

    would you consider setting it up manually?
    then try file->add account->manual setup->next.
    you should see a dialog box with a choice of IMAP or POP.

    edit: let it be known in case this worked so far.

      Thank you for your reply! Yes, this is how I used to do it in my older version of Outlook, but this new version doesn't have a file. The add account feature list a few options, but none are options to set up an account manually. It wants me to use my Yahoo account, but I don't have one.
