Outlook 2019 Pro will not start
My system rebooted and when it came back up, Outlook won't start. I've tried starting it in safe mode as well. No change. The last time it did this it said my license key was already used (DUH!...
I had to finally re-install Office once again, but now it won't open except in Safe Mode.
I've disabled ALL the plug-ins/add-ins for Outlook and it still won't open normally.
