Outlook 2019 Keeps Crashing

Hello 

since my last macOS Catalina update version before 10.15.6 my Outlook 2019 App keeps crashing, sometimes it stays for a few minutes once the app has opened but never enough to download the email, other times it opens for a few seconds then closes, always with the same long winded error! 

I run a business and miss my Outlook
