Outlook 2019 Autofill email address will not delete suggestions
I migrated a user to a new laptop. Every time he tries to delete a single autocomplete email address, using the X when it populates, it deletes it temporarily and then is then available within 15 minutes. I've gone through quite a bit of troubleshooting, landed on the Microsoft page (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/troubleshoot/contacts/information-about-the-outlook-autocomplete-list), and went through the troubleshooting advised.
I've already gone through all the steps listed on the site and they've not resolved the issue. My next step is to have the user login through Outlook on the web and see if that resolves anything.
Any help or thoughts are greatly appreciated.

So as a follow-up for those thinking you can change the suggested contacts, these have culminated from the AI tech Microsoft is using to identify potential contacts you've overlooked. You don't have the ability to disable this function at this time according to several posts from MS techs I've seen in other posts and forums.
