Outlook 2016 password and MFA code in startup

Hi,

We have a Windows 10 device that asks for password and the MFA code every time the users open Outlook 2016.  In other devices it just asked the first time.  I already tried removing and creating a new profile.  Any other suggestion to fix this issue?
