Outlook 2016 No Ribbon - Help Please

I am running Outlook 2016 and I can't find out how to show a ribbon at the top of the screen.

Searching for solutions on here pints me to auto hide or use the ellipsis icon but neither of these are showing, all I can see are restore down, minimise and close.

Can anyone help me please?
